The state of rolling mill will influence the operation of the whole production line, it is necessary to do routine maintenance for smooth operation of the whole line.
(1) Keep that all lubrication stations operate normally and the pipeline has no leakage;
(2) Hydraulic stations work steady, the pipeline has no leakage, and to prevent the oil being contaminated.
(3) The threads of the screw should be checked frequently and keep its at a good working state.
(4) The cooling water for the rolling mill brings a long time erosion of the guide wheel, slideway, timely cleaning debris in the slideway and inspection and replacement of the guide wheel.
(5) The equipment and components haven't abnormal temperature rise.
(6) Check the connection of coupling rod and its bolts, some loose connections will lead to the vibration of the mill.
(7) The lubricating oil detecting device of the reducer is working normally, and it can detect the oil quantity of the reducer normal or not in time.
(8) Fix the proximity switch and replace the problematic proximity switch in time.
(9)The electrical components in rolling area should be well waterproof treatment to prevent damage due to water splashing.
