Main equipment configuration: 120t/h reheating furnace, 18 mill stands including rough rolling, intermediate rolling and finish rolling.
NO. 1, 3, 5 mill refer to flat-roll mill, NO. 2, 4, 6 refer to H-V mill. And vertical looper is set between stands to guarantee tension-free rolling in finish rolling mill to improve the dimensional precision of production.
