Equipment configuration:
35t/h reheating furnace, 5-stand rebar roughing mill, 10-stand intermediate mill, 8-stand finishing mill, GK1-GK6 wire rod block mill.
Wire rod block mill unit is equipped with 6- stands of 45°top cross non-twist finishing mills.
Advantages of such unit are light weight, there is small vibration and easy to operate. Therefore it can improve the product precision and ensure the product quality; the maximum rolling speed of the rolling line is up to 35m/s.
