The heater adopts good performance refractory castable material for the whole castable furnace wall, and adopts composite insulation layer structure to perfect the furnace insulation. The composite furnace wall is divided into 4 layers, and the low cement castables in the working layer have good high temperature resistance, especially in the heating section of the furnace wall, which makes the overall life of the furnace lining greatly improved. The light weight bricks of the secondary working layer have good high temperature insulation performance on the one hand.
Control the pressure distribution in the furnace to strengthen the role of furnace gas circulation and uniform furnace temperature. When the pressure inside the furnace is too high, the high temperature flue gas will escape from the furnace, resulting in heat loss. When the pressure inside the furnace is too low, the furnace mouth and not tight at the inhalation of cold air, resulting in increased heat loss taken away from the furnace flue gas.
Step heating furnace using forced vapor cooling technology, can be effectively used to recover the heat, reduce the black mark on the heated billet, extend the life of the cooling components in the furnace, so that the furnace operation is more safe and reliable.
The gravitational potential energy released during the descent of the stepper beam is recovered and released to assist the work of the main lifting cylinder during the rise, which is a significant energy-saving effect.
