With the design capacity up to 300,000t/year, it is SME’s turnkey project under construction till 2020. It adopts 120*120*6000mm, 125*125*6000mm, 150*150*6000mm billets as raw materials, and excellent equipment configuration to produce rebar Ø8mm-Ø32mm, wire rod Ø5.5mm,Ø6mm.
Main equipment configuration: 60t/h reheating furnace, 5-stand rebar roughing mill, 10-stand intermediate mill, 8-stand finishing mill, GK1-GK6 wire rod block mill and other facilities.
