The main reasons for the poor circle formation of wire out of the laying head are as follows.
(1) Too much tension between mills
(2) There is a deviation on water-cooled section alignment, nozzle conduit is worn to cause the unstable operation of the mill.
(3) Roll ring of pinch roller is worn badly. Inappropriate clamping force of the pinch feed roller caused by the failure of the air cylinder linkage mechanism.
(4) The bent curve of the laying head tube has deviation, in addition, there is serious wear or iron oxide bonding of the loop laying tube able to affect the dynamic balance, so poor circles were generated.
(5) Speed of finishing mill, pinch rollers and laying head is not appropriate, serious speed fluctuations of the mill will change the speed of the rolled parts and cause uneven coil.
(6) If the temperature of rolling piece is high, the coil falling in the pick-up platform is oval or chaotic circle due to too soft.
