By combining mechanistic model and big data analysis, we have developed a cross-scale digital simulation and quality control technology for the whole process of high-end wire rod based on nano-, micro- and macroscopic scale, which can realize high-precision prediction and stable quality control for the whole process of high-end wire rod, and shorten the product development cycle by combining with key quality control technology and test verification such as decarburization.
Through the establishment of steel composition and steel temperature models for converter smelting and LF refining in the steelmaking process, the cast billet temperature prediction model and solidification organization simulation model based on finite element method and elementary cell automata, the temperature field calculation model of high-end wire rod heating, rolling and Stearmo cooling based on numerical material calculation, the online prediction model of tissue properties based on physical metallurgical principles and machine learning methods, the high precision numerical analysis The model can be used to analyze the "composition-process-structure-property" relationship of typical high-end wire rod species, and can carry out the coupled simulation analysis and cross-scale simulation of typical high-end wire rod species.
