After the customer places an order online through the app or CRM (Customer Relationship Management System), the order data package will be formed and passed to the factory MES, which will generate the order execution plan data after the system nesting and feedback to the user, and at the same time, the order plan will form the steel plate production plan data, the workpiece processing plan data and the warehouse logistics data, which will form the actual execution data after the order completes production. Finally, MES will compare the plan with the actual performance, analyze the reasons for the differences, optimize the data model, and improve the system execution efficiency and accuracy.

Unmanned production

Unmanned production can be realized through the industrial robot and 5G industrial internet. The industrial robots complete charging or discharging materials or workpieces, material identification, painting, automatic packaging, automatic transportation and other processes of intelligent collaborative operation.

Quickly providing product and service solutions

The plant system can provide product and service solutions for users and supports customers to remotely customize products. The marketing service system of this smart factory reaches the end-users directly. The technicians can 3D scan the workpieces at the user's site, transfer them back to the factory for drawing transformation and workpiece modeling through the cloud, and complete the process path design after the simulation processing, and then the user can customize the products remotely online in the cell phone client. After the product is produced, the online 3D scan inspection is conducted and compared with the original scan results to ensure that the shape and size of the product meets the user's needs.

Excellent safety control

The smart factory uses 5G technology to precisely locate people, and facilities, and sets up safety electronic fences, and danger sources are electronically marked; and design and customize the development of electronic bracelets to monitor employee health and safety. The electronic bracelet will automatically monitor the employee's blood pressure, heart rate, pressure and other vital signs data, and when the vital signs data exceeds the health range, the system will prompt the employee to take a break and forbid him to go on duty. When the employee enters the danger area or close to the danger source, the bracelet vibrates to alarm and the system automatically prompts. At the same time, the smart bracelet also can receive short messages and voice calls, which is convenient for communicating when the cell phone is under control.

Environmental control

The smart factory actively practices the concept of green and environmental protection, and effectively controls waste gas, waste water, waste liquid and solid waste to reduce the impact on the environment. The waste chips can be collected and briquetted centrally online, and the waste steel blocks are directly returned to the furnace for steel making.
