Intelligent Scrap Rating System

The intelligent scrap rating system can complete the rating of the whole vehicle gauge material type, and is more capable of measuring multiple thickness mixed material types, and rating and deducting weight according to the weight proportion of different thickness material types in the whole vehicle. The system has the characteristics of fast speed, high stability, high accuracy, fully automatic and unmanned operation - the vehicle arrives and triggers the rating process, and automatically generates the rating report after the vehicle leaves.

1.Identify the vehicle and indicate right place

Autonomous identification of vehicle outline information and combined with the site distance sensor positioning information to determine whether the vehicle is parked in place. If the requirements are not met, the system will transmit signals to the front-end display equipment on site to prompt the driver whether the vehicle is parked in place.

2.Identify the thickness and material type of a single piece of scrap steel, and also identify pig iron pieces and cast iron parts, galvanized parts, etc.

Through a large number of high-definition scrap image acquisition and image processing, the system can complete the segmentation and identification of different material types and thicknesses of scrap in the photographed photos, and at the same time, the data of each material type of scrap is recorded into the database in real time.

3.Automatic tracking scrap truck

Automatically track the unloading area of the scrap truck and take photos of the covering type inside the truck, the coverage rate of the whole truck scrap photos is more than 85%, and the area of repeated photos is less than 10%.

4.Automatically and stably get clear and high quality scrap photos

Give a clear rating process, refresh the current rating result in real time during unloading, display the rating status of each sucker and the scrap material type, and finally calculate the weight proportion of different thickness scrap in the whole.

5.Identify the debris in the scrap that does not match the class

The system will identify the scrap steel impurities, slag and oil, scrap not conforming to the current grade, etc. accordingly according to the manual rating rules of the customer and do the corresponding weight deduction process. Initial detection of can seals contained in the scrap.

6.Identify the outline of segmented irregular scrap and process the whole truck scrap with large grade difference.

7.Generation of rating results and statistical functions

Automatically generate the rating report of each truckload of scrap steel and print it. The content of the rating report includes: vehicle entry time, license plate information, contract number, unloading time, scrap grade (including the proportion of scrap type of each thickness), deducted weight and miscellaneous information, etc.

8.Abnormal response mechanism

When there is an abnormality in the system, the personnel will be reminded to handle it according to the prompt. When the grading result is abnormal, it will be displayed in the system to remind the grade inspection hall to intervene manually. Dangerous materials detected on site will be responded in the system and on the site alarm light at the same time to remind manual intervention. When the site detects excessive changes in the scrap steel on and off the vehicle, or adulteration and other vehicles that need to be deducted, confiscated, returned, etc., timely warning and remind the site personnel to intervene manually.
