In the actual production, a good configuration plan is in line with the enterprise's own conditions, meanwhile it must meet technological requirements of the production.
EAF steelmaking project funds include construction funds and production preparation funds. A highly efficient and smooth EAF steelmaking production line is to need the stable supply of raw materials and energy media, a?complete?process equipment, completed auxiliary facilities and orderly production operation.?It should avoid using outdated equipment on production?lines, that will bring more adverse results to the enterprise such as low production efficiency and unstable product quality troubles, etc.
Electric arc furnace steelmaking production is a complicated process course. Supply of energy, electricity and raw materials of the plant should be adequate, the product had good demand and marketing channels; regional logistics and transportation is?convenient, and?the government policy is favorable?to the local?industry, etc.?If the above external conditions are not ideal, and there are no corresponding remedial measures, it will have a very adverse impact on the project construction and production operation, which should be treated seriously and made prudent decisions.
The ideal plant has correct design of the production line, right selection of process equipment and reasonable configuration of public facilities. Some plants spend a lot of money repairing and transforming unreasonable production lines which there is defection on design and layout, but the end result is not always ideal.?Therefore,?the process design and construction scheme should be repeatedly deliberated and demonstrated before?the construction.?Ensure that the process design and construction plan is advanced and reasonable and suitable for the enterprise's own conditions.
